Ingredients

    16oz. Whole Wheat Linguine
    2lbs. Chicken Breast (approx. 3 breasts)
    16 oz. Frozen Broccoli or Mixed Vegetables
    2 Cans 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 Cup Fat Free Milk
    1 Cup Shredded Cheese
    salt and pepper
    pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

Cook linguine according to package directions. Cut chicken into bite size chunks. While pasta cooks, salt and pepper, then brown chicken in a large skillet. When pasta has 5 or 6 minutes left add frozen vegetables and cook until done, then drain. Add pasta and vegetables to chicken, then add soup, milk, and additional pepper. Stir in cheese.
