Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces diced
    Baby Carrots, raw, 16 medium sliced
    Couscous, 2 oz, dry, yields, prepare as directed on package
    Kale, 3 cup, chopped, stems removed and cleaned
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp

Directions

Blanch Kale in boiling water and drain. Cook Chicken in Olive Oil, add sliced Carrots. Cook until tender. Add Kale and cooked CousCous. Mix well and season to taste.
