Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/4 cup red onion
    2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp lime zest
    3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
    3 Tbsp light mayo
    8 oz crab
    3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
    2 small tomatoes, quartered
    1/2 avocado, diced

Directions

Mix first 7 ingredients & season with salt & pepper to taste.
Combine last 3 ingredients and divide between 2 bowls.
Top each with 1/2 of the crab mixture.

    Incredible!
    I really, really loved this! Mix the may and lime and coriander separately to get a smooth dressing, then add to crab. I used imitation crab, because that's what was on hand, and it was still fantastic. - 6/27/11

    I had leftover crab from crab legs and this recipe sounds certainly healthier then gumbo I was thinking about making. Nice tangy ingredients - 5/19/08
