Introduction
My mom has been making this French Toast for 81 years!!!We have our own chickens, the yolks from these eggs are amazingly golden... I adapted the ingredients to calculate the calories... My mom has been making this French Toast for 81 years!!!

Ingredients

6 slices Marketside French Bread Loaf
6 large farm fresh Eggs
6 tbsp Half and Half
1 tbsp Granulated sugar,
1 tsp Kirkland Pure Vanilla Extract
freshly grated nutmeg = a pinch
Directions
weigh ingredients -
Beat eggs with 1/2 & 1/2 ,sugar, vanilla & nutmeg
Dip sliced bread to coat
lightly spray a cast iron griddle with olive oil (I did not calculate this ingredient)
cook to brown on both sides.
Serve with a light dusting of powdered sugar, and if using sugar, butter & syrup, calculate accordingly...
