Introduction

Ingredients

    1 package Bob Evans Sweet or Hot Itailian Sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces (19 oz.)
    1/2 cup diced onio
    1/2 cup diced celery
    1can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
    1 package frozen cut okra, thawed (10 oz)
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup uncooked brown rice
    1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1/2 teaspoon thyme

Directions

In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until brown. Set sausage aside. In same skillet, saute onion and celery until tender. Add cooked sausage, tomatoes, okra,chicken broth, rice hot sause, oregano and thyme. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 25 minutes, or until rice is tender.
