Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 T Balsamic Vinegar
    2 T Worcestershire Sauce
    1 1/2 C Biscuit Mix
    8 Lg Eggs
    3 3/4 C Skim Milk
    1/4 C Buttermilk
    1/2 Head of Cauliflower - chopped
    1 Pkg Frozen Broccoli
    1 Onion, chopped
    1 Bell Pepper, chopped
    1 Can Black Beans, rinsed well
    1/4 C Parmesan Cheese
    2 Slices Swiss Cheese Slices, cut up
    2 Slices Pepperjack Cheese, cut up

Directions

Combine all ingredients and put into 2 - 10" greased pie plates and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until eggs are firm and cooked through and there is a golden brown on top.

Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Slice each pie plate into 8 servings.
