Introduction

Dice Raw Sweetpotato (not canned) and Butternut Squash, Pineapple and drop in blender with Spinach. Cut about 1 inch of a Aloe Vera leaf and peal it, then rinse the aloe (very important to rinse) and drop in blender. Add water and Heavy Whipping Cream and blend.

Note: I grow my own Aloe Vera. The Aloe Vera is clear and slimy and will still be after it is rinsed. Excellent for your health. You Do Not have to add the Aloe Vera to this recipe though, you would not taste it.
