    5 oz. Ground Turkey
    1 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning
    2 Tbsp. Salsa
    1 cup romaine lettuce
    1 cup iceberg lettuce
    1/2 cup diced tomatoes
    1 tbsp. Water


For one serving
Brown Turkey. (actually, turkey whitens)
Drain water & Fat
Add Taco Seasoning
Mix it all up and let it Simmer for about 5 min
Get a big bowl and add your leafy greens (calls for 2 types, but I use just leafy romaine or what ever is on hand)
Dice 1/2 cup of tomatoes & throw on top of greens
Add meat and Salsa! (I put the tomatoes on top)

    Just started Optavia and made this recipe. It was quick and easy which definitely helps when new to the lean and green program. Both my husband and I really liked it. I will definitely make this again! - 12/12/19
