Introduction

Ingredients

    * Ground beef, 1 lb.
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup
    * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    * Garlic, .5 tsp (I use diced fresh)
    * *Ketchup, Heinz, 3 tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients except for the ketchup. I even throw in a shot of A-1 sauce sometimes, that's up to you. Form into a loaf and place in glass loaf dish. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Smear ketchup over top of loaf to glaze. Continue baking remaining 15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
