Introduction

Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, 1 cups, chopped
    fat free cottage cheese kroger, 0.5 cup
    western family egg substitute, 1 cups
    3 egg whites
    sweet onion, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, slices
    Kroger 2 % milk 4 cheese blend, 1 cup
    12 asparagus spears, cleaned and snapped
    minced garlic 2 tsp
    bacon bits 1 TB

Directions

saute mushrooms, garlic and onions in a pan, add spinach and cook till wilted. roast asparagus till caramelized. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until blended. Spray 2 pie tins, and pour mixture into them. Bake at 375 for 30 min...see how your oven works. Makes 8 servings. Yummy!!
