I found a recipe similar to this on here that had about 100 more calories, so I tweeked it to meet my needs. It's very good. Add any vegies you like to give it a little extra "umph". ENJOY! Ingredients

8 oz. Whole wheat rotini pasta
4 oz. Grated parmesan cheese
4 oz. Low fat cream cheese
4 oz. Chicken broth
18 Shrimp (I used large 26-30 per pound)
Directions
Put pasta to cook in boiling water.
In a hot frying pan combine chicken broth and cream cheese. Continue to mix until smooth then add parm. cheese and continue to stir. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is done and sauce thickens to your taste. Serve over pasta.
Makes 6 servings (approximately one cup each).
