Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 pork chops, bone in
    1/2 yellow onion, chopped
    1 cup of rice
    2 cups of boiling water
    1 cube of knorrs beef bouillon
    garlic salt
    seasoned pepper
    rosemary (optional)

Directions

heat oven to 350

bring 2 cups of water to boil

season and lightly brown pork chops

remove from pan and add onion and cook till soft

take boiling water and add it to 8x8 baking dish

add bouillon to water and dissolve

add cup of rice to water, lay browned pork chops on top and cover tightly with foil

cook for 40-50 minutes depending on thickness of pork chop.
