Ingredients

    2 3lbs Corned Beef
    Apple Juice (unsweetened)
    Cabbage
    4 Carrots
    20 Small Red Potatos
    2 Onions
    Yellow Mustard

Directions

In slow cooker:
Mix apple juice, brown sugar and mustard.
Mix until sugar dissolves
Add spice packet from beef
Add Beef
Add carrots chopped
Add onion quartered
Add Cabbage (chopped to large pieces)
Cook on low 8-10 hours
