Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large chopped largely (my uncle likes to quarter the cabbage and put it in)
    Onions, raw, 2 large also chopped in large pieces
    *Garlic Minced 1 Tsp, 1 serving
    Smithfield Hickory Smoked Pork Jowel Bacon, 6 oz (I don't eat it just for flavoring fried the bacon first and drained the grease off of it, just wasn't sure how to calculate that)

Directions

chop up all the vegetiables to desired size (we like them large which is how it can make so many servings) put in a large pot (we used a pressure cooker pot )
add garlic bring to a rolling boil and let boil about 1/2 hr
fry bacon, drain then add to pot.

Cook for about another hr and 1/2 for all the flavors to blend.

Serving Size: makes about 20 1-Cup servings
