Ingredients

    4 4oz tuna steaks
    1/4 c olive oil
    2 tsp basil
    3 tbsp white vinegar
    2 tsp oregano
    1 tsp minced garlic (about 1 clove)
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp pepper
    2 tsp thyme

Directions

Combine olive oil, basil, vinegar, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme. Marinate the steaks for 30 minutes; grill and baste 5 minutes or until steaks flake easily.
