Introduction

the possibilities are endless with this salad. you can modify it to your liking using different fruits or flavored non-fat yogurts. You could also add ground flax seed to increase the fiber even more. the possibilities are endless with this salad. you can modify it to your liking using different fruits or flavored non-fat yogurts. Ingredients

    1 mango (peeled and diced up)
    1 apple (diced)
    1 cup blueberries
    1 cup pineapple tidbits (no juice)
    1/2 of a cantaloupe (cubed or scooped into balls)
    3 mandarin oranges (peeled and separated)
    8 oz nonfat vanilla yogurt

Directions

peel and dice up mango and cantaloupe. dice up apple. drain any juice off of pineapples. peel and separate oranges. Throw all of the fruit into a large mixing bowl. Make sure its mixed pretty evenly. Take a couple paper towels and blot the fruit to absorb any excess juices. finally, mix yogurt into the fruit and its ready to be served! :)
