Ingredients

    3/4 Cup coconut water
    3/4 Cup unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 med banana
    Mixed berries- about 1 1/2 cups
    Handful Spinach
    Dash vanilla
    Squeeze of honey
    2 T ground flax meaI
    About a cup of ice

Directions

It all goes in the blender and blend on high until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 2 12 oz servings, with a little left over
