Ingredients

    * Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen, 16 oz
    * Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    * Onions, raw, 1.1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Garlic, 4 cloves
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, strips
    * Basil, 1 tbsp
    * Brown Sugar, 4 tsp unpacked
    * Oregano, ground, 3 tbsp
    * Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    * Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    * Bouillon - Chicken - Maggi - 30cal/1 cube, 1 serving
    * Salt, 1 tbsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    * Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    bay leaves - 1-2

Directions

Use chicken's natural juices to brown meat or spray with pan spray. Put all fresh vegetables and all dried spices in food processor and chop. Then add to meat and cook for 5 minutes. Add 2 liters of water plus tomato paste, stir until no longer lumpy. Let simmer for 30-40 minutes.

Serve over pasta, summer squash or cooked lentils...
