1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2 pounds Turkey Breast tenderlion cut into bite size pieces
4 cups chopped Broccoli, fresh
4 cups Cauliflower, raw
2.5 cups Sugar snap peas
3 cups tri-colored cole slaw
1.5 cups Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)
Directions
Saute chopped onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil. When onion is cooked, add turkey breast pieces.
When turkey is cooked, add the remaining vegetables. Stir fry the vegetables until tender.
Toss in cashews. Serve over rice or cauli-rice.
