    1 cup Flour
    2 eggs
    1 can of beer
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    3 pheasants de-boned as much as possible and patted dry


Mix flour, eggs, salt and pepper, and enough beer to make the batter the consistency of pancake batter.

Heat some of the oil in a skillet. Dip pheasant pieces in batter and fry until golden brown. Add oil as needed to cook all 3 birds
