Ingredients

    4 cups Oats
    1 cup Honey
1/4 cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup
    1/2 cup Dried coconut flakes
    1/2 cup dried cherries
    1 cup Almond Butter
    3/4 cup crushed almonds
    3 tbsp Cocoa powder

Directions

I highly reccomend using a stand mixer to make these. The dough is really really thick once all ingredients are added.

Blend honey, almond butter, and maple syrup together. Add all other ingredients and combine well.

I used an icecream scooper to measure out the balls in equal sizes but you can use your hands. Beware its sticky at first. I also placed the balls on a lined baking sheet. If the balls are too sticky you can place in a dehydrator or barely warm oven.

Serving Size: 50 ping pong ball sized balls

    Very Good
I used a small cookie dough scoop I had. The recipe made 50 but a bit smaller than ping pong ball sized. The taste is very good. Mine were moist but since they held their shape I will refrigerate and not try and dry them. Hope I don't binge! - 8/9/11
