2-1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
5 Tbs butter - in small pieces
3/4 cup buttermilk
3 Tbs honey (make sure it is in liquid form)

Turn onto lightly floured surface. Knead just until combined. Roll dough into a 9” x 5” rectangle. Sprinkle with a light dusting of flour, spreading with fingers. Fold dough into thirds - as if folding a letter. Re-roll dough again into a 9” x 5” rectangle. Dust top lightly with flour once again. For the second time, fold dough into thirds as before.
