Ingredients

    1/2 cup Krusteaz Wheat & Honey pankcake mix
    2 Tbs soy flour
    1/2 tsp pumpking pie spice
    1 tsp splenda (suralose sweetner)
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Mix pancake mix with all dry ingredients well. Add lemon juice & water. Stir until completely combined. Cook on hot griddle. Turn pancake over when dry around the edges and bubbles form in center.

Krusteaz pancake mix contains egg. This recipe is NOT vegan.

Serving Size: Makes 3 4-inch pancakes (1 serving)
