Ingredients

    6 raw(medium) shrimp washed and de-veined
    1/2 cup of whole wheat pasta-cooked
    1/ cup chopped plum tomatoes
    1 clove of garlic
    1 tbsp of olive oil
    1 tbsp of Parmesan cheese(grated)
    parsley(optional)

Directions

De-vein and clean shrimp
heat oil olive in a non-stick pan
toss in shrimp,garlic,tomatoes into hot olive oil
mix well (3-5mins) or until shrimp are cooked completely
add pasta, add cheese and mix well
add garlic powder and parsley for extra flavor
