Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pkg Gardein Beefless Tips - sliced
    2 onions - sliced
    3 cups mushrooms - sliced
    2 bunches of small speared asparagus - cut into 1' pieces
    3+ cloves garlic - sliced
    1/4 c Bragg's - divided
    1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
    1/2+ tsp fresh minced ginger
    1 cup veggie broth with beef base seasoning added
    1 tsp cornstarch
    2 tsp. hoisen sauce
    1/2 tsp granulated sugar

Directions

Marinate sliced beefless tips in 2 Tbsp. Bragg's, red wine vinegar, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch, "beef" broth, hoisen sauce, sugar, and remaining Bragg's.

In a large skillet or wok. stir-fry onions and remove to warm oven. Then stir-fry mushrooms and place with onions. Then stir-fry asparagus for just 3 minutes. Add back the onions, mushrooms, and also the beef and marinade and other sauce.

Heat until sauce thickens and serve over brown rice =)
