Introduction

A Vegan take on one of my mom's old salads...really good in summer...only really need the cukes & dressing, but the additions are tasty!! A Vegan take on one of my mom's old salads...really good in summer...only really need the cukes & dressing, but the additions are tasty!!

Ingredients

    5 Mini Cucumbers with Peel, sliced
    1/4 Fresh Sweet Onion, thinly sliced in strips
    18 Grape Tomatoes, halved or quartered
    5 TBS. Follow your Heart Original Veganaise
    2 TBS.Heinz White Wine Vinegar
    1 TBS Italian Herbs

Directions

Mix together Veganaise, vinegar, and herbs and set aside.

Cut all the veggies and throw in a big bowl. Add dressing and salt and pepper to taste, and toss :)
