    Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Bell Peppers and Onions (3/4 cup), 3 cup (remove)
    Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (1/2 cup), 1.25 cup (remove)
    Hunt's Petite Diced Tomatoes (1/2 cup), 1.75 cup (remove)

Directions

place all ingredients in crock pot, cook on low all day.

serve over brown rice with cheese, if desired.
