Introduction

Simple, cheap way to customize your yogurt experience for those looking low-carb, low-sugar, or low-glycemic index!

It's usually best to have small containers, as you rarely use an entire packet of kool-aid for just one cup of yogurt. Or, you could add the one packet to the entire 32oz big tub if you want, but then you can't have different flavors.

Ingredients

A packet of unsweetened KoolAid powder.
    8oz Plain Yogurt (no-sugar added)
1 Packet Truvia or Splenda or other artificial sweetner of choice

Directions

You can either get the individual cups of Yogurt or you can get the large container and measure it out into a bowl.

Take yogurt, and add packet of sweetner. (You can increase or decrease this to taste, but for 8oz usually one packet works well).

Open packet of Kool-Aid powder, and start sprinkling into yogurt slowly, stirring as you go. Continue to taste, testing often. Too little and you taste just yogurt. Too much and the KoolAid combines with the yogurt for a rather bitter taste. Store leftover KoolAid in safe, dry area.
