Ingredients

    spagetti squash
    fat free mozzerella cheese 1 cup
    fat free riccotta cheese 1 cup
    .5 cup low fat parmesan cheese
    3 cups marinara sauce
    sprinkling of wheat germ on top

Directions

Cook squash, scrape out in to a bowl

Stir in 3 cups marinara sauce

stir in 1 cup of peas

stir in 1 cup Riccotta cheese fat free

mix in a half cup parmesan cheese

mix in a cup fat free mozzerella cheese

bake in 375 oven for 30-45 minutes
