Ingredients

    for the puffs:
    Jiffy Mix (or bisquick)
    3/4 cup of milk, up to 1 cup of milk if the batter is too thin
    1 tsp backing soda
    half an egg. if you double the batch, you can use the whole egg.

    for the filling:
    2 tbsp coconut butter
    2 tbsp chocolate chips

Directions

mix jiffy mix, milk, baking soda and the half egg.

mix the coconut butter and the chocolate chips.

fill the puff pan wells about 3/4 full, add a small teaspoon of the filling, cook until browned and then flip and cook side two.

these are great for any time of day and are even good cold. if you are going to fill with meat, precook the meat.
