Ingredients

    1/4 c Steel Cut Oats
    1/8 c Old Fashioned Oats
    1 tsp Flaxseed
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Honey
    1 tsp Splenda (dry for baking)
    1/8 tsp Smart Balance Butter Spread

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Mix together all the ingrediants
3. Spray cookie sheet with Pam
4. Turn onto cookie sheet
5. Bake for 5 min or until golden brown
6. Let cool
7. Store in airtight container
