Introduction

I created this recipe some time ago and use it a lot since then with different variations. Love it. I created this recipe some time ago and use it a lot since then with different variations. Love it.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 zucchini
    2 eggs
    1 cup of dry quick oats
    1 can of wild alaskan salmon
    some seasoning
    2 tps of canola oil

Directions

Grade zucchini and squeeze out some liquid. Mix all ingredients except oil in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan, form fritters with a big spoon and fry 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve with sour cream or any other sauce that you like.
