Ingredients

    14 medium mushrooms, stems removed and saved
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    3/4 cup chicken broth
    1 cup progresso bread crumbs

Directions

saute chopped stems and onion in butter oil and broth; add bread crumbs and stir together; divide mixture and fill mushroom caps

Serving Size: makes 7 servings - 2 mushrooms per serving
