Introduction

I'm sure this isn't the least bit authentic, but i had a craving for some spicy Asian-esque food and this is what I came up with. I'm sure this isn't the least bit authentic, but i had a craving for some spicy Asian-esque food and this is what I came up with.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

2 ounces (1 serving) Whole Wheat Pasta
    8 Frozen Shrimp
    1 Tbl Peanut Butter
    1 Tbl Light Soy Sauce
    1 Tsp Sesame Seed Oil
    1 Tbl Skim Milk
    1 Tsp Lemon Juice

I find that it's your call how much of each spice you wish to add but, be sure to include:

    Lemon Pepper
    Ginger

(There should be more of these then the prior two)
    Crushed Red Pepper
    Cumin
    Paprika
Basil (Go heavy on the basil)

Directions

Prepare pasta and shrimp as directed on the packages.

Place all remaining ingredients into a bowl and microwave for around 35 seconds or until the peanut butter has mostly melted. Stir with fork and let sit for at least one minute.

Combine shrimp, pasta, and sauce and enjoy!
