Introduction

borrowed a recipe from here "not fried rice" but added more veg and used low sodium soy sauce. borrowed a recipe from here "not fried rice" but added more veg and used low sodium soy sauce.

Ingredients

    Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup prepared
    2 extra large Eggs
    *Celery - 1 medium Stalk, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 medium chopped
    *Kikkoman, Soy Sauce, Lower Sodium, 2 tbsp
    birdseye classic mixed vegetables 16 oz bag
    water as needed

Directions

in wok on medium heat cook egg into omelet. remove. add celery and onion and stir fry on high heat adding water as needed until vegetables are tender crisp. cut omelet into chunks add to wok with frozen veg. add rice and soy sauce. mix to combine. Mine made about 5.25 cups

I served it as 3/4 cup servings.
