I made this stir fry while on the beginning, strict diet for Fructose intolerance. The flavor was good, but the beef was too tough.

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Dandelion Greens, 1 cup, chopped
    Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 1.5 cup
    Beef, round steak, 1 lb
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Summer squash, 1 medium
    Soy sauce (tamari), 2.5 tbsp
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped

Directions

brown meat in garlic infused olive oil, or toasted sesame seed oil, with part of the sesame sauce.
add shallots cook until trasparent
add yellow squash
and the rest of the ingredients.
cook until squash is tender, and greens are wilted.

serve rice if you would like.
