Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 T. dark Chili powder
1 tsp. ground Oregano
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 4oz can medium heat diced green chiles (MP brand works best)
cooking spray
12 6" white corn tortillas
1 tsp. canola oil
6 oz broccoli slaw
1 c. shredded lettuce
2 oz shredded low fat cheddar
4 Tbs. reduced fat sour cream
Directions
Spray grill with cooking spray. Heat grill. Combine chili powder, oregano and salt. Rub into chicken breasts and place them on grill. Cook 5 minutes on each side or until no longer pink inside. Remove from grill. Let sit 5 minutes.Chop chicken meat and combine with green chiles. Set aside.
Heat heavy skillet over medium high. With pastry brush lightly brush canola oil onto one side of each tortilla. Place tortillas one at a time in skillet, heating until supple and warmed through.
Evenly divide chicken among 12 tortillas. Top with approx. 1.5 tsp. shredded cheddar, broccoli slaw and shredded lettuce. Place one tsp. of sour cream on lettuce.
3 Tacos are one serving.
Great with a nice wedge of melon.
