Introduction

Ingredients

    4 cups marinara sauce
    one 24 oz container cottage cheese, 2%, small curd
    2 servings smart ground veggie protein crumbles
    12 oz box lasagna noodles, preferably no-boil
    2.5 cups mozerella cheese
    2 tsp oregono
    .5 tsp pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 large egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Place 1 cup marinara sauce on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Cover with one layer of noodles. Mix cottage cheese, 2 cups mozerella cheese, egg and spices. Add half of cheese mixture to pan; spread on top of noodles. Mix 1.5 cups sauce with the smart ground, and spread on top of cheese mixture. Cover with a layer of noodles. Then add a layer of the remaining cheese mixture. Cover with a layer of noodles and then 1.5 cups of sauce on top of noodles. Sprinkle remaining .5 cup of cheese over top. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 60 minutes.
