Ingredients

    Fritos Lightly Salted Corn Chips, 87.4 gram(s) (remove)
    Kuner's Dark Red Kidney Beans (No Salt Added), 1.75 cup (remove)
    Dole Shredded Iceburg Lettuce, 4 oz (remove)
    Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.875 cup (remove)
    Kraft Light Catalina dressing, 32 tbsp (remove)
    About 4 oz of Ground Beef
    1 cup green onions chopped

Directions

Brown and drain Ground Beef. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

*Can be made with or without the ground beef and you can substitute a green bell pepper for the green onion*

Serving Size: makes 30, 1/2 cup servings
