Introduction

This dressing is great for marinading and for just a regular salad when you want an oriental twist. It has a sweet yet tangy taste to it and it won't kill you on calories. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Soy sauce 1/4 c. (Low sodium preferred)
    Maple Syrup 2T
    Ketchup 2T
    White Vinegar 1T (If you want to mix it up try different varietys of vinegar)
    Garlic Powder 1/4t
    A dash of hot sauce or about 1/2t
    Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Mix first 3 ingredients then stir to make sure it is smooth
2. Put in the rest of the ingredients and stir
3. Place in refridgorator to chill it is best served cold but doesn't have to be

Is best on salad and goes really well on meat. It can go well on rice as a sauce but you would need to add some flour to thicken it up.

Serving Size: Between 2-4 Tablespoons, I haven't measured it exactly.
