Introduction

Ingredients

1 C Whole wheat flour
1 t Rapid rise dry yeast
1/2 t salt
1/2 C VERY warm water (120°)
1 T olive Oil
1 t cornmeal
1/4 C Hunts Mushroom Spaghetti sauce (canned)
12 grape of cherry tomatoes, sliced
4 T Red Bell Pepper, diced
4 t Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 c Shredded part skim Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
1. Mix flour, yeast and salt in medium bowl. Add the water and olive oil. Stir to make dough.
2. Sprinkle some flour on a clean counter top. Put the dough on the flour and knead by folding over and pressing down (or pound and press) until dough has a smooth elastic texture. (add flour as needed to avoid sticking) Place a clean bowl upside down, over dough on counter top. Let rise for 5 min.
3. Pre-heat oven to 450°. Spray baking sheet with olive oil or nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with cornmeal.
4. Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Place 2" apart on baking sheet.
5. Spread 1T sauce over each pizza evenly. Sprinkle 1t Parmesan and 1/4c Mozzarella on each pizza.
6. Bake in pre-heated oven for 10min or until golden brown and cheese if melted. Cool Slightly.
