Introduction
This is a salsa that my boyfriends whole family makes. It is a New Mexico, USA salsa. All you need is a blender, a food processor or a Magic Bullet! Ingredients

1 regular size can, Hunts stewed tomatos
3 fresh jalapenos
2-3 tsp. of minced garlic
3 dashes of salt
(feel free to add other seasonings if you like)
Directions
1. Blanch jalapenos in small pot for 1-2 min( or put water in a bowl and put jalapeno's in and cook in microwave for 2 min.
2. while jalapeno's are boiling open can of stewed tomatoes and pour out half of the juice
3. take jalapenos out of water cut them in to 4 pieces( you can take out seeds if you like milder salsa.
4. add tomatos, jalapenos, garlic and dash of salt to food processor or blender and pulse for about 8 to 12 pulses depending on how chunky you like your salsa.
5. when everything is mixed well and jalapeno's are tiny, pour into bowl cover and refrigerate for 10 to 30 min.
pour over tacos' or breakfast eggs, or just eat with tortilla chips. or use how ever you like.
this is low sugar and tastes great.
