Ingredients

    !/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup sugar substitute
    2 T. cocoa
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup applesauce
    splash of vanilla extract
    chocolate chips to taste (optional)

Directions

Add all dry ingredients in large coffee cup. Add egg and beat well. Add milk, applesauce and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips.

Bake in microwave for 3 minutes on high. Will rise above rim of cup. Allow to cool before eating.
