Ingredients

    Thomas Bagel Thins (any kind, we like the "everything" bagel the best)
    1 slice low fat ham
    1 slice american cheese
    1 egg scrambeled fried with no stick spray

Directions

Simply place the ham, then egg, then cheese on a toasted bagel thin and enjoy!

These taste great too after being put in a ziploc baggie (to take on the road), the moisture in the bag softens the bagel and melds all the flavors together!
