Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 cups Beef Broth
    1.5 lbs Cubed Lamb
    1.5 lbs Red Potatoes, quartered
    1 lb Onions Quartered
    1 lb Baby Carrots
    3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 tbsp Dried Rosemary
    1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
    1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
    1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
    2 tbsp Liquid Butter Substitute

Directions

1) Layer all ingredients in the crock pot in the following order:

Beef Broth
Potatoes
Onions
Carrots
Lamb

2) Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over meat followed by all dried spices.

3) Drizzle butter substitute evenly over meat.

4) Cook on low 8 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1.5 cup servings

    This is a really easy and yummy recipe. I've made it several times and used a lamb henry (kind of link a shank). Make sure to leave plenty of time for the meat to be extra tender. - 7/1/12
