Directions
1. Slice turkey into bite-sized pieces.
2. Marinate turkey in Miso, Wine, Red Chilli Pepper, Black Pepper and Garlic for 30 minutes.
3. Spray Pam onto a warm skillet.
4. Add turkey and brown
5. Add onions, lentils and water; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Add carrots and mushrooms; cook until carrots are tender.
7. Serve on a bed of steamed broccoli.
