Introduction

I had it as my lunch, but could be made into smaller side dishes to go with other things I had it as my lunch, but could be made into smaller side dishes to go with other things

Ingredients

    1/2 cup cooked chick peas, mashed
    1/2 cup cottage cheese (natural, no fat)
    2 sticks of celery, chopped
    3 spring onions or shallots sliced
    1/4 red pepper, chopped
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    1tbsp low fat mayo
    1tbsp fromage fraise (no fat)


Directions

as long as the chick peas are cooked then there is no cooking involved in this dish.

Miss all ingredients together and enjoy. Makes 2 portions for a lunch or 4 if a side dish to accompany a main course.
