Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup shredded cabbage
    1/4 cup frozen peas
    1/2 tsp vegetable oil
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    1/4 tsp chili powder
    Dash of salt
    Dash of sugar

Directions

Heat the oil in a pan or frying pan, splutter the cumin seeds in it.
Add ground turmeric and chili powder to the oil & immediately add the shredded cabbage.
Saute' on medium high flame until the cabbage is tender. Season with salt & a dash of sugar.
Stir in the frozen peas and saute' until warmed through.

    Very Good
    I omitted the peas. I also added 2 T of water to help steam the cabbage. Next time, I will add a pinch of cinnamon. - 1/11/16
