Ingredients

    4 oz. plain Greek yogurt
    3 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 eggs
    2 teaspoons fresh lemon or lime juice
    1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    pinch cayenne and / or splash of hot sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 cans crab meat
    1 tablespoon dried minced onion
    1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs (plus extra for coating, or use less in cakes and reserve some for coating, or don't coat at all)
    a little spray or coating of oil for pan

Directions

Take baking sheet and spray or lighted cover with oil. Form cakes and coat with some additional bread crumbs if desired. Bake at 400 for about 17-20 minutes or until golden brown (flip once).
