Introduction

Tilapia with Zucchini, Squash, mushrooms. Serve over Couscous or rice. Tilapia with Zucchini, Squash, mushrooms. Serve over Couscous or rice.

Ingredients

    Tilapia or other white fish
    veggies (zucchini, squash, mushrooms)
    garlic
    olive oil
    canned diced tomatoes
    sea salt
    paprika
    pepper

Directions

saute fresh veggies in EVOO with garlic
spray fish with Oil spray, place in a square of foil
season to taste
top with veggies and canned tomatoes
fold and seal pouch of foil
bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
Serve over Rice or Couscous
